Welcome to LandSurveyorPro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of landsurveyerpro.com (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

LandSurveyorPro helps people request quotes for land surveying work and helps independent land surveyors receive inbound quote requests in their chosen service areas.

• For property owners: submit a quote request and we route your request to surveyors in our network.
• For surveyors: create a profile and optionally subscribe to receive inbound quote requests.

Important: LandSurveyorPro is not a land surveying company. We do not perform surveys, provide professional advice, or guarantee pricing, availability, timelines, or outcomes.

3. Quote Requests & Referrals

When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to share the details you provide with surveyors who may contact you by email and, if provided, phone. Surveyors are independent third parties and control their own pricing, schedules, and services.

• Any agreement for surveying services is between you and the surveyor.
• You are responsible for evaluating and selecting a surveyor.
• You should verify licenses, insurance, and qualifications with the relevant state licensing board or authority.

4. No Endorsement

Listing or matching a surveyor does not constitute an endorsement. We do not:

• Guarantee that a surveyor will contact you or provide a quote
• Guarantee the quality of services performed by any surveyor
• Mediate or take responsibility for disputes between users and surveyors

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not submit false leads, spam, or abusive content
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site content or data without permission

6. Surveyor Subscriptions & Billing

Surveyors may purchase paid plans to receive leads. Plan details (including any lead caps) are described on the Site. Paid plans are typically provided in 30‑day periods.

• No guarantee of volume: lead caps are maximums; actual lead volume varies based on demand and match criteria.
• Renewal: paid access may require renewal to continue receiving leads after the plan period ends.
• Payments: payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Square or NOWPayments). We do not store full payment card details.
• Refunds: unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the plan period begins.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (including branding, design, text, graphics, and software) are owned by LandSurveyorPro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDSURVEYERPRO.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

We are not responsible for, and make no warranties regarding:

• The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any surveyor’s services
• Actions, errors, or omissions of surveyors or other third parties
• Losses arising from your interactions with surveyors
• Technical issues, interruptions, or downtime

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LandSurveyorPro and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
